Why clean your house before and after your next party? Why have angry neighbors because your party guests are parking in front of their houses? Solve those problems by renting our clubhouse and grounds. Please check the club calendar for available dates!
Club House
Member:
$360.00 rental fee
($300.00 rental fee and $60.00 cleaning fee)
$300.00 damage deposit
Non Member:
$440.00 rental fee
($380.00 rental fee and $60.00 cleaning fee)
$300.00 damage deposit
The fee covers a 4 hour party plus up to 2 hours for setup.
Pool and Grounds
Members only:
$75.00 for less than 15 people
Deposit - $50
No Reserved Tables.
$150.00 (16-30 people)
Deposit - $50
Reserved Tables
$225.00 (31-50 people)
